Lauren Marcinkoski graduated from Carleton College in 2006 with a B.S. in Sociology/Anthropology. She earned her Masters in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University in 2009. Lauren and Jason were married in 2008 and enjoy spending time with their sons. Lauren is also an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time with her horses on the farm. 

Jason Marcinkoski began his career as a residential real estate appraiser in 2004. He is certified in the state of Georgia and in the state of South Carolina. Jason is FHA certified. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1997 with a B.S. in Geography. Jason and his wife Lauren have two sons Samuel and Alexander ages 1 and 5.
